Maruwa

MARUWA's roots date back to the Edo period (early 1800s) as a family of ceramic artists. In the Taisho period (1910s-20s), the family began producing Japanese cuisine dishes. Yoshiro Kanbe established MARUWA Limited Partnership in 1946 in Seto-city, Aichi, to sell ceramic porcelain products internationally.

In the 1960s, MARUWA shifted to electronic components, specializing in ceramics for communication equipment and chip resistors. The company's pioneering spirit and advanced ceramic technologies have driven its growth.

Leveraging its core ceramic technology, MARUWA produces superior materials and integrates circuit design, evaluation, mounting, and simulation to create innovative products. This approach supports expansion across various fields.

Today, MARUWA operates in Automotive, Information/Communication, Semiconductor, Industrial Equipment, and Lighting sectors, continuing its legacy of innovation and quality in the global market.
