The primary goal of DXCentre is to explore, pilot, and disseminate digital technology products, leveraging data and digital technologies to enhance the city's digital services for both citizens and enterprises.

Strategically positioned at the forefront of Ho Chi Minh City's digital transformation agenda, DXCentre strategically deploys digital and data technologies to foster collaboration, mobilize resources, and cultivate a robust digital government. With its cutting-edge data center and transmission network, DXCentre ensures the safety of information while guiding stakeholders in the implementation of digital platforms, service development, and the creation of smart urban areas.

Ho Chi Minh City's ambition to lead Vietnam's digital transformation is the imperative to streamline administrative procedures by making them easily accessible online. With over 7,000 ICT businesses already thriving in the city, contributing significantly to an e-commerce value of USD 7.8 billion, Ho Chi Minh City is well-positioned to spearhead digital innovation nationally.

Looking ahead to 2030, Ho Chi Minh City is set on positioning itself as a healthcare hub within Vietnam and the ASEAN region. According to Doan Van Tan, Director of Ho Chi Minh City's Urban Traffic Management and Operations Centre, the city is investing in completing its transport system and major projects via the Transit Oriented Development (TOD) model, integrating digital platforms for improved traffic management.
