In 1998 Coto acquired the Philips Dry Reed Switch Division in the Netherlands. In 2007, Coto purchased the assets of fellow reed relay and reed switch manufacturer, SRC Devices, formerly CP Clare, creating the most diversified global reed relay and switch company in the industry. With the latest acquisition, Coto has also expanded their product offering into proximity sensors and liquid level sensors.
